How to Live at 2400 Nueces Again
Current residents of 2400 Nueces may begin applying for housing when the application opens in September. You will need to provide a $100 non-refundable application fee to complete the application. Once you are offered a contract via email, you will need to provide a $500 prepayment before you renew your contract. The $500 prepayment is a financial commitment for your reservation and will be applied to your first month’s rent or any cancellation fees. Beginning in October, contracts for students currently living with us will be offered based on application date order and availability.
Students with a current 9- and 12-month contract will be able to renew their current room assignment for the same length of time. Room transfer requests are not guaranteed due to limited availability.
Please contact our housing office if you have any questions.
