Reservation Requests
Returning event coordinators can request a reservation through our Momentus Web App from your computer or mobile device. For first time event requests, please email the Conference and Event Services team.

San Jacinto Meeting Spaces
San Jacinto Residence Hall is home to several event spaces. The largest space is San Jacinto Multipurpose Room, a 6,000 square foot event space that can optionally be divided into three smaller rooms. There are also four conference rooms that range from 579 – 771 square feet, which can be combined into two larger rooms. Conference, classroom or theater-style seating arrangements are available for all spaces.
These event spaces feature a high definition video and audio system, along with quick access to Cypress Bend Cafe. San Jacinto Hall is close to Brazos Garage and other convenient transit routes.

Duren Multipurpose Space
Duren Residence Hall is home to Duren Multipurpose Room, a 1,613 square foot event space. Conference, classroom or theater-style seating arrangements are available in this space.
The multipurpose room features a high definition video and audio system, along with quick access to Kin’s Market, Kins Dining and Littlefield Patio Cafe. It is also close to 27th Street Garage and other convenient transit routes.

East Campus Graduate Apartments Flex Space
East Campus Graduate Apartments is home to a 1,430 square foot event space that can optionally be divided into two smaller rooms. This event space has standard pre-set theater-style seating.
This event space features a high definition video system, along with quick access to Varsity Grounds. It is also close to East Campus Garage and other convenient transit routes.
Jester West Fireplace Lounge
Jester West Residence Hall is home to a 650 square foot event space that has standard pre-set conference-style seating. It features a high definition video and audio system, along with quick access to Jester City Market, J2 Dining, Jester Java and Jester City Limits. It is also close to Brazos Garage and other convenient transit routes.
