The Guest Townhomes at 2400 Nueces Apartments are in the heart of West Campus, located close to the Forty Acres. The townhomes are available exclusively to university or university co-sponsored groups and can be rented as an entire apartment or to individuals of the same university sponsored group. Guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center and free WiFi during their stay.
