Conference and Event Services

University Housing and Dining at The University of Texas at Austin provides first-class accommodations for students and extends those 5-star services to meetings, conferences and events. We offer flexible and affordable options for university or university co-sponsored groups looking to host meetings, provide overnight housing for conferences and house student participants of summer programs.

Event Spaces are available in San Jacinto Hall year-round for university or university co-sponsored groups. We have spaces of varying sizes ranging from small conference rooms to larger, flexible space in our multipurpose room. Our event spaces can be arranged to fit the needs of any size group with different seating configurations, audio-visual equipment and our in-house catering. Learn More.

Our Summer Conference program opens our residence halls to university guests and university co-sponsored conferences and camps. Whether your group wishes to stay for a few days or a few weeks, guests can be housed conveniently on campus from late May through mid-August. We offer overnight housing and flexible meal plans for both Adult programs in Duren and Youth programs in Jester Residence Halls. Learn More.
