How to Live on Campus Again in 2021-2022

The calendar below outlines the application and contract timeline for current residents who would like to live on campus again for 2021-2022.

Beginning Feb. 4, contracts for students currently living with us will be offered based on application date order and availability.

To access your application and contract, please login to your housing portal. You will need to provide a $50 non-refundable application fee to complete the application. Also, once you are offered a contract, you will need to provide a $300 advance payment in order to sign your contract. The deadline to provide the advance payment and sign the contract is by midnight on Feb. 14. Once you have signed your contract, you will be able to provide information regarding your building/room preferences, roommate preferences and accommodation requests.

Aug. 1

Current residents may begin applying for housing. Please note that your housing priority is based on classification and current application date.

Feb. 4

For returning students that have applied to return to the residence halls, contracts will be offered based on application date and availability. Accept your contract and provide $300 advance payment on your Housing Portal page. Once you have signed your contract, you will be able to provide information regarding your building/room preferences, roommate preferences and accommodation requests.

Feb. 4

Same Room Sign Up: Starting at 10 a.m. until Feb. 15 at 10 a.m., students with a completed contract will be able to select the option to remain in the current room assignment for next year.

Feb. 14

You will need to provide a $300 advance payment to access the contract signature page. The $300 advance payment and the contract signature process must be completed by midnight on Feb. 14.

Feb. 16

Early New Room Sign Up: Starting at 10 a.m. until Feb. 18 at 10 a.m., students whose current room assignment is not available to reselect will be able to select a new room assignment.

Feb. 22

New Room Sign Up: Starting at 10 a.m. until Feb. 28 at 10 a.m., students who do not wish to return to their current room assignment will be able to select a different room for next year. Students will also be able to swap room assignments during this period.
