Our UT Farm Stand program empowers the campus community to build a more sustainable food system on the Forty Acres through gardening, local produce sourcing and waste reduction initiatives. From growing produce in campus gardens to sharing sustainable foods at markets and closing the loop through zero-waste practices, this program offers various ways to learn about sustainable food practices on the Forty Acres and beyond.
