Student Dining Jobs
Jobs are available in our dining facilities on campus: Jester City Limits (Jester Java, Jesta' Pizza), Jester City Market, Kins Market (Kins Coffee), Kinsolving Dining, Jester 2nd Floor, Littlefield Patio Cafe, Cypress Bend, Jester Basement, and George's Cafe.
Flexible schedules with shifts as short as 4 hours, free meal with each shift worked, starting minimum of $8.25 per hour, free uniform shirt, and holidays off. Incentive increases are available to eligible student workers who have successfully completed at least one full semester of service.
Cashier - Provide skills in the receipt, disbursement, and recording of cash payments in food service operations within the dining centers or markets
Food Prep Worker - Assist with food preparation and line serving in the University Housing and Dining Facilities
Building Attendant - Perform work of custodial maintenance in the University Housing and Dining food venues or markets. Conduct general housekeeping including trash removal, scrubbing and mopping floors, cleaning commodes, sinks, showers, walls, and/or dishwashing
Barista - To prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks or other beverages by following the recipes provided
Stores Clerk - Responsible for receiving, checking, marking, storing and issuing supplies, and for maintaining stock records and preparing reports
Dishwasher - To ensure compliance with all health and safety practices and that all equipment, pots, pans, and utensils are clean, maintained, and stored properly
Student Manager - Work with the Food Service Management team and assist with providing leadership to the Food Service staff
