This fully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom guest apartment contains a living room/kitchenette, bedroom and an ADA accessible bathroom. The entry door opens into the living room/kitchenette. To the immediate right is a full-size fridge, followed by a trash can and recycling bin, two coffee tables, and a chair. The room also contains a sofa, TV stand, armoire, window, ottoman and decor. The kitchenette is on the wall to the left of entry, and features a small oven, electric stove and single-basin sink. Additionally, there is and upper and lower cabinetry, which will contain basic cooking equipment for guest use. Connected to the living room is the bedroom, which contains a full-size bed with a head and foot board, adjacent to a window. Additionally, there is a bedside table, dresser, desk, desk chair, lamps, and a closet with shelving and clothing rods. The accessible bathroom connects to the bedroom and contains a shower with grab bars, separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain. Also featured is a frosted glass window, toilet with grab bars, hand dryer, and a sink area with a mirror and lighting above. This apartment has overhead lamp lighting, with panel lighting in the bathroom. There is hardwood flooring throughout, except in the bathroom, which features tile flooring. All windows have blinds.

The living room is connected to the accessible bathroom and two bedrooms via doorways, with the first bedroom to the left of entry and the second bedroom and accessible bathroom across from the entry door. The first bedroom contains a lofted twin XL bed and bedframe, desk, desk chair, dresser and window. The second bedroom has a full bed with a head and foot board, bedside table, dresser with an attached mirror, window, two lamps, and closet with shelving and a clothing rod. The entry door opens into the living room, containing a hallway on the far side of the room. This hallway connects to the kitchen, bathroom and both bedrooms. The living room features a chair, three arm tables, decorative lamps, a sofa, coffee table, TV, TV stand and decor. Additionally, there is a dining table with four stools on the far side of the room. The living room opens into an alcove with a closet with the apartment’s washer and dryer on one end, and another entry door on the other. Next to this laundry area, on the right side of the hallway, is the kitchen. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and a wraparound counter with the unit’s microwave that connects a double-basin sink and an oven/electric stove. Inside the bathroom is a shower with two shower heads; one that is mounted and another that is moveable. The shower contains grab bars and is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain. Additionally, there is a toilet with grab bars around it, sink with a mirror and lighting above it, towel rod, and shelving. There is a mix of panel and downlighting throughout the apartment. There is hardwood flooring throughout, except in the bathroom, which contains tile floors. All windows have blinds.
