East Campus Graduate Apartments are part of a six-building complex in a desirable East Austin location close to the Forty Acres. This community exclusively for graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin offers residents fully furnished apartments with all utilities included in the monthly rates, controlled card access to residential areas, live on staff support, onsite maintenance and convenient UT shuttle service to campus. Residents also have access to several common spaces for studying, meeting and enjoying the outdoors, among other in- building options. The floor plan options are studio and one bedroom apartments for students living alone, and two bedroom apartments shared between two UT Austin graduate students. In two bedroom apartments, residents each sign an individual housing contract and have their own private bedroom and bathroom.
The 2024-25 rates are preliminary. Final rates will not exceed these amounts and are subject to review and approval by the UT System.
