UT Farm Stand showcases campus-grown and locally sourced foods at biweekly campus markets. These student-led markets make affordable, nutritious and sustainable foods accessible to the campus community. Since the first market in February 2016, the UT Farm Stand program has grown to include all aspects of the sustainable food cycle – from gardening to zero waste – and serves to educate the value of supporting our local economy.
