Mynor serves as the Director of Dining Operations for the dining locations within the residence halls. With his university dining expertise, he provides planning, support and mentoring to his staff of 200 employees.
Throughout his 35 years of food service experience, Mynor has worked in the restaurant and university dining sectors across the country. He attended culinary school in New York and previously served as executive chef for Omni Hotels and Marriott Food Service in Chicago.
Before joining UHD in August 2020, Mynor was an associate director of dining at the University of Michigan, where he oversaw retail operations and residential dining halls.
