Dining Purchasing and Food Management Systems
Jeffrey Thomas is the Director of Dining Purchasing and Food Management Systems. He oversees purchasing, sourcing and contract management for dining operations. This includes facility projects, contract negotiations and project coordination.
Jeffrey received a bachelor of science in information technology. With over 30 years of experience in procurement, Jeffrey has worked in the dining, wireless technology and banking sectors. He has been a Certified Purchasing Manager since his onset in the field.
Prior to joining UHD, Jeffrey worked as a contract manager within the Department of Sourcing & Contract Management at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center for 16 years. He received the honor of 2018 Subject Matter Expert of the Year from The University of Texas Supply Chain Alliance.
