Director for Assessment and Data Analytics
Dr. Muneka Townes is the Director for Assessment and Data Analytics. Her areas of expertise include
project management, data analytics, strategic planning and management of assessment efforts,
research and evaluation.
Muneka has over 10 years of senior-level experience in wide-ranging fields including higher education, user experience design, human resource administration, data science, and more across the private and public sector.
She received her doctorate in qualitative and quantitative research and human foundations from the University of North Dakota. Additionally, she earned her master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Ann-Arbor.
