This unfurnished one bedroom one bathroom apartment contains a combined living room and kitchen area, and a bedroom with a connected bathroom. The apartment features two entry doors and both are located in the combined living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is small and U-shaped, featuring wraparound cabinets and countertops, a gas stove, a full-size fridge, and a two-basin sink with a window overhead. In the living room, two of the walls are exposed brick, one is wood paneling and the last wall is cinderblock. In addition to a door leading outside, the living room has a ceiling fan, the unit’s thermostat, a large window, a small window and a door to the bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a window and two small closets with shelving and a clothing rack. In the attached bathroom, there is a toilet, a sink, a small mirror, a combination bathtub, a shower with a curtain rod and two towel rods. The apartment has laminate floors except for the bathroom, where the floor is tile. All windows have blinds attached.

This unfurnished two bedroom one bathroom apartment contains a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment’s front door opens into a small entryway that first connects to the kitchen and then living room, which are separated by a wall. The narrow kitchen features two sides. One side has a gas stove next to countertop space with cabinetry and a window overhead. The other side features a full-size fridge, countertop space, overhead cabinets, a sink with two basins, and a small opening that looks into the living room. In the living room, two walls are made of exposed brick and two walls are made of wood paneling. The living room also has the unit’s thermostat, a ceiling fan a large window and a hallway with a storage closet with doors to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
