Colorado Apartments - Single Student Housing

Colorado Apartments provide one bedroom apartments for students living alone or shared two bedroom units with another UT Austin student. In two bedroom apartments, residents each sign an individual housing contract and occupy their own private bedroom with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. All apartments are unfurnished with one bathroom and have central heat and air conditioning, a refrigerator and a stove. The complex is within walking distance of Deep Eddy Pool, grocery shopping, and the Butler Hike and Bike Trail. Colorado is approximately 15 minutes from the UT Austin main campus and is along a UT Shuttle route.
