Mike serves as the Director of Retail Operations overseeing the retail venues within the UHD portfolio. With his university dining expertise, he provides planning, support and mentoring to the dedicated staff on his team.
With over 30 years of experience in the food service and retail industry, Mike is a dynamic leader known for transforming customer experiences and driving business growth. After owning and operating his own restaurants, Mike moved into the higher education sector, spending the next 25 years at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with the commercial operations team.
Before joining UHD, Mike served as the dining director, director of business development and AVP commercial operations at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
