Director
Marketing and Communications
Katie Meade serves as the Director for Marketing and Communications. She provides strategic leadership for marketing, communications and public relations initiatives for the department. Katie oversees a team of marketing and communications professionals and their operations. Her role also focuses on alignment with brand standards to enhance engagement, visibility and support department goals.
Prior to joining UHD, Katie served as the associate director of communications and marketing for the Office of the Dean of Students. She has worked in various UT departments for over 5 years and has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing and communications industry.
Katie received a bachelor's degree in English communication from Salve Regina University and a master's degree in communication from Sacred Heart University.
