Employee Learning and Engagement
Jennifer McClain is the Director of Employee Learning and Engagement. She leads the Employee Development and Engagement (EDE) team and is part of the Human Resources leadership team. Jennifer oversees programs that enhance the employee experience, including department-wide training, employee recognition and wellness programs. Additionally, she supports operational training and professional development.
With over 20 years at UHD, Jennifer has held various roles across its departments including IT, accounting and human resources. Prior to working with UHD, she worked at UT University Unions. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
