
Director for Residential Living and Staff Development
Dr. Aneshia Jerralds is the Director for Residential Living and Staff Development. She oversees the operations of the student residential experience, ensuring a positive and engaging living and learning environment. She provides strategic leadership in residential education, guiding staff development and training while supporting crisis response and resolving student concerns. Her role focuses on initiatives that enhance the student learning experience and help shape the vision for residential education.
Aneshia has over 10 years of professional leadership experience in higher education within housing and residence life. Prior to joining UHD, Aneshia served as the assistant dean for the residential experience at Gonzaga University.
She received her doctorate of education in student affairs leadership from University of Georgia. Additionally, she earned her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis on college student affairs from University of South Florida and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of West Florida.
