This fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom apartment contains a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The apartment’s entry door opens into the combined kitchen and living room area, which connects to an outside balcony and a hallway leading to both bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private washer and dryer. The kitchen is large and is separated from the living room by a countertop bar with a two-basin sink, drawers, cabinets and a full-size dishwasher on its kitchen side and bar stools on its other. Across from the bar in the kitchen is a full-size fridge that connects to an electric stove via wraparound countertop space with drawers underneath. The unit’s microwave is above the stove alongside cabinetry lining the non-bar sides of the kitchen. The living room features bar stools, a small storage closet, a ceiling fan, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV stand, balcony access through a glass door and floor-to-ceiling windows looking outside. Both bedrooms have a bed, a bed frame, a desk, a desk chair, a window, a ceiling fan, and a closet with a shelf and a clothing rod installed. This apartment has two bathrooms; one connected to the bedroom and one in the hallway. Both bathrooms have a sink with cabinet storage, a mirror, a toilet, a combination bathtub and shower with a shower curtain rod, and a towel rod.
