Gateway Apartments offer one bedroom apartments to students living alone or shared two bedroom units between two UT Austin students. In two bedroom apartments, residents each sign an individual housing contract and occupy their own private bedroom with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. All apartments are unfurnished with one bathroom and have central heat and air conditioning, a refrigerator and a stove. The complex offers easy access to MoPac Expressway and downtown and is minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the Butler Hike and Bike Trail.
