Returning Process

Housing Contracts for Returning Residents Released

All returning residents who submitted an application by Thursday, Jan. 31 have a contract for the 2019 – 2020 academic year. Go to your housing portal page to provide your $300 advance payment and to sign your housing contract. We appreciate your patience during the delay and apologize for the inconvenience. The process timeline below is revised to reflect the new dates.

If you submitted an application after Jan. 31, we are holding your application on a waitlist. We will offer contracts, based on space availability, to returning students on the waitlist once the contracting process with incoming freshmen is completed at the end of June.
